Basic Info
Sign in to your Eventective profile to begin editing the details of your venue. Easily edit your business name and contact information, along with a description of your business on the ‘Basic Info’ tab. Opt into receiving text notifications for any direct referrals from clients looking to book your business.
Photos & Videos
Add image content and videography all under one roof, using the ‘Photo & Videos’ tab. Easily move content around by simply dragging and dropping.
Pricing
Add pricing to your listing by creating a package that will attract your ideal customers. Users want to see pricing information – per person, per event or per hour – whatever you choose to share, even if it’s just a range. Listings with pricing get twice the traffic and referrals than those without.
Event Spaces
The Event Spaces tab is where you add details for different event spaces within your venue. Add photos and detailed information for each space, such as amenities and floor layout options for events.
Availability
Mange your venue’s Availability by blocking off days you are not available. Notify planners ahead of time if you are already booked or closed on certain dates. Automatically respond to direct requests, and filter out leads for dates you have blocked off.
